At Mephisto Shoes Northwest, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If your footwear is not a perfect fit, you may return or exchange unworn items in their original packaging within 30 days of delivery.

Return Process

  Ensure your Mephisto shoes are in brand-new, unworn condition and include all original tags and the manufacturer's shoe box.

  Initiate Request

  Contact our customer service team via email or phone to receive a Return Authorization number and a prepaid shipping label if applicable.

  Package Securely

  Place the original shoe box inside a separate shipping carton to protect the brand packaging from labels or tape during transit.

• 4.
  Ship and Track

  Drop off your package at the designated carrier location and keep your tracking number until your refund or exchange is processed.
